When people first hear the word “harmony,” their immediate reaction is often:
“Does it mean you can get whatever you wish for?”
But those who truly come to me rarely hold such expectations.
Instead, they describe a different feeling:
“I work very hard, but everything keeps getting stuck.”
“My direction is right, yet progress feels unusually difficult.”
“I’m always just one step away, but never able to cross the threshold.”
What they truly seek is not a miracle, but smoothness.
The Most Draining Thing in Life Is Not Difficulty — It Is Resistance
Some time ago, a gentleman contacted me.
He had no obvious failures, nor particularly bad luck.
His career was stable, his family life peaceful, and everything seemed fine on the surface.
Yet he kept repeating one sentence:
“I always feel like I’m walking against the current.”
He said every decision required enormous effort to push forward.
Collaborations constantly involved small but frequent friction.
Plans never completely failed, but always required unnecessary detours.
In Daoist understanding, this state has a clear description:
the will and the external flow are out of sync.
The True Meaning of Harmony
Many people interpret harmony as “wishes coming true.”
In cultivation systems, however, it means something closer to:
👉 alignment between inner intention and external momentum.
In simple terms:
When you want to move forward, the environment does not hold you back.
When you need stability, situations do not suddenly destabilize.
After making a decision, events unfold naturally instead of facing constant resistance.
This does not change reality.
It reduces the misalignment between a person and their surroundings.
The Harmony Talisman Does Not Grant Wishes
This must be made clear.
The Harmony Talisman does not bring effortless gains,
nor does it alter causality or real-world conditions.
Its true function is adjusting the synchronization between personal state and external flow.
In practical guidance, I usually begin by asking three questions:

What is the most important thing you want to advance right now?

Where does the greatest resistance come from?

Do you frequently change direction?
Often, what appears to be external obstruction
is actually internal instability in intention.
How the Harmony Talisman Works
It does not create resources or opportunities.
Instead, it performs a more fundamental function:
maintaining continuity of intention, thereby reducing unnecessary internal friction.
During creation and use, we emphasize three principles:
First, defining intention.
Clarifying the true direction to avoid scattered desires.
Second, stabilizing the mind.
Reducing anxiety, doubt, and frequent reversals of decisions.
Third, following momentum.
Keeping actions coordinated with environmental changes.
This is why its effects are rarely dramatic,
but rather experienced as a gradual sense that “things are becoming smoother.”
Real Outcomes Are Often Subtle
After the talisman was completed, the gentleman experienced no dramatic changes.
But weeks later, he contacted me again and said:
“Nothing suddenly became better, but I no longer feel like I’m fighting the current.”
Collaborations became smoother.
Decisions stopped being repeatedly overturned.
Progress became steady.
His life did not change direction —
it simply returned to a more natural rhythm.
A Necessary Reminder About Imitation
The Harmony Talisman is not a pattern that can be casually copied.
Its essence lies not in form, but in the full Daoist process:
timing selection, intention setting, writing sequence, and closing method.
Copying the appearance alone
usually produces no effect;
in serious cases, it can even increase internal confusion and instability.
This is why I always emphasize:
true harmony is not wishful freedom, but alignment between mind and the Dao.
If you find yourself in any of these situations:

Then the Harmony Talisman exists precisely for this state.
It will not fulfill your wishes for you,
but it can help reduce internal friction and realign you with the natural flow of reality.
And when that happens —
many things tend to unfold, quite naturally, in harmony.
