1. Order cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.

2. Handmade and spiritual nature of the product
Because each talisman is handmade and prepared after purchase, we do not generally accept returns for change-of-mind orders.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 11future.service@gmail.com and include:

your order number
photos of the item
a brief description of the issue
4. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

personalized or customized items
items that have been used, damaged, folded, burned, or exposed to water
discounted or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
5. 81-Day goodwill buyback program
If you feel the talisman is no longer suitable for you after 81 days, you may contact us to ask about our discretionary partial buyback program.
Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the item condition, order type, and shipping circumstances.

 

We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.
