This volume compiles anonymous heartfelt wishes submitted in January 2024, from contributors across Asia, Europe, and North America, covering themes of life stability, career advancement, financial improvement, home peace, emotional relationships, academic progress, and mind-body wellness.

Each wish has been anonymized and published with respect for the contributor's original intent. We preserve every sincere expression as it was written — so that every heartfelt wish made in earnest may be solemnly recorded.

Je pense trop, je m’inquiète trop, et je n’arrive plus à déposer ce que je garde à l’intérieur.

Que mes nuits deviennent plus calmes.
Que mon cœur cesse de courir après des réponses impossibles.

Je voudrais me réveiller un matin avec un peu moins de poids sur la poitrine.
