Why has your life always been so difficult? The real problem might not be a lack of effort.

Why does your life always feel out of sync?

Have you ever been through a phase like this:

You've worked really hard,
even harder than before.

You've tried to change, learn, and adjust your direction,
and you've done many things that "seem right."

But the result is—

Nothing seems to have truly changed.

Not a complete failure,
but always unable to enter a real upward phase.

This state has a very typical characteristic:

Stuck.

This "stuck" feeling is not accidental

From a Taoist perspective,
changes in life are not entirely determined by "effort."

More critically, it's about:

Whether overall fortune is in a "flowing state"

When a person's state is characterized by:

  • Inner chaos
  • External environment mismatch
  • Timing not aligned

Even with great effort, it's difficult to produce noticeable results.

Why do some people rise easily while you're spinning your wheels?

In reality, we often see:

For the same thing—

  • Some people do it and get results quickly
  • Some people do it and get no feedback for a long time

The problem isn't with ability itself.

Rather, it's about:

Different structures

When fortune is in an "activated state":

  • Opportunities appear more easily
  • Decisions are more often correct
  • External factors align more readily

And when fortune is stagnant:

  • Judgment is prone to error
  • Opportunities are easily missed
  • External resistance increases

A true experience

There was a gentleman who came for help.

His problem was typical:

He wasn't lazy, nor did he lack ability,
he even worked harder than many.

But he always had a feeling:

"I'm always just a little short."

Just short of a breakthrough in his career,
just short of seizing an opportunity,
just short of stable relationships.

Not failure, but rather—

Always unable to enter a true "upward trajectory."

The core of the problem isn't "effort"

After further observation, we found:

His problem wasn't in his actions.

But rather in:

His overall fortune had not been truly activated

This means—

Every action he took
was like "exerting force in a static environment."

Seemingly moving forward,
but without creating real momentum.

True transformation begins with "holistic flow"

Later, we didn't ask him to "work harder."

Instead, we helped him adjust:

  • His overall state
  • Energy flow
  • The cooperative relationship between external and internal

The changes didn't happen overnight.

But after a period of time:

  • Opportunities began to become clearer
  • Decisions became more natural
  • External cooperation began to emerge

Most crucially—

The previously stuck state was broken

Why is "single-point problem-solving" often ineffective?

Many people are used to approaching problems this way:

  • Bad financial luck → Find ways to make money
  • Relationship troubles → Improve the relationship
  • Feeling down → Adjust mindset

These methods are not wrong.

But the problem is:

Life is not composed of single modules

It is a holistic system.

When the system itself is not operating,
patching up one part is unlikely to bring fundamental change.

So, what is a truly effective approach?

From the Taoist perspective:

Change must begin with the "overall structure"

That is:

  • To allow fortune to flow
  • To restart the state
  • To allow internal and external factors to align

Only when the whole begins to operate
will localized problems gradually improve.

A more systemic approach

In traditional methods, issues are not addressed individually.

Instead, specific methods are used to:

  • Activate overall fortune
  • Adjust energy flow
  • Guide external assistance to enter

For example, a common method is:

👉 Divine Council Summoning Talisman

It is not aimed at any specific problem,

but is used to:

  • Activate overall fortune
  • Break stagnant states
  • Allow life to re-enter a "flowing phase"

When you're persistently stuck, you need "systemic change"

If you find yourself:

  • Working hard for a long time with no obvious results
  • Always falling just short
  • Struggling to enter an upward state

Then it likely indicates:

❗The problem isn't localized, but rather with the overall structure

In such cases,
single adjustments often have limited effect.

It's more suitable to restart from a holistic level.

A final thought

Being "stuck" doesn't mean you're incapable.

Often, it just means:

Your state hasn't truly been activated yet

Once the structure changes,

Many things that were previously difficult
will begin to flow smoothly.

And once the flow appears,

You will find:

Life, actually, doesn't need to be so strenuous.
